You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the personal details, flight details or any other information supplied in respect of yourself and any other traveler on the booking. For online bookings an auto-generated email acknowledges your reservation. One of our tour consultants will get in touch with you later to confirm your booking. Once payment is received by us, we will then issue you with a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to check the confirmation letter and to let your tour consultant know immediately in the event of any error or inaccuracy.

Necessary details vary by trip. For more information about how we handle your personal information please read our Privacy Policy.
Special Requests
Any special requests must be advised to us in written form with your booking. This might be the requested room type, particular facilities at your hotel, diet and more. We try our best to arrange your request, but we cannot guarantee that it will be fulfilled. Failure to meet any special request will not be a breach of contract on our part and we do not accept bookings that are conditional upon any special request being met.
Payment, bank and credit card fees
Payment conditions vary depending on country and itinerary type. Each online travel arrangement lists under the “How To Book with Us” section when you have to make the payment, and the percentage of the deposit. For Customized Tours the payment policy will be specified in your quotation. Please read it carefully. The balance of the price of your travel arrangements must be paid before your arrival. In certain cases we may request full payment, for example, airlines require full payment on booking. If the deposit and/or balance is not paid in time, we reserve the right to cancel your travel arrangements.
We accept payment by Visa, Master, JCB, UnionPay and bank transfers. Your payment is processed in Jordan. Some banks and credit card companies impose fees for international or cross border transactions. In addition, some banks and card companies impose fees for currency conversion. The currency exchange rate and foreign transaction fee is determined by your bank on the day that they process the transaction. If you have any questions about these fees or the exchange rate, please contact your bank.
Cancellation
If you, or any member of your party, wants to cancel the arrangement, you need to do so in written form to our office. Your notice of cancellation will be effective from the date on which we receive it. Should one or more member of a party cancel, it may increase the per person holiday price of those still travelling.
Our cancellation charges vary per service and are outlined in the “How to Book with Us” section of online arrangements and mentioned on the offers for Customized Tours. Some services like flight tickets might be non-refundable. We inform you before you book with us. If you leave a trip for any reason after it has commenced, we are not obliged to make any refund for unused services.
In case of Force Majeure Nexus Travel DMC and its suppliers have no liability to make a refund. Events happening beyond our control might be natural disasters, civil unrest, the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, endemic, pandemic and acts of God. We urge you to effect a Travel Insurance covering Force Majeure.
Amendments
Once you have your booking confirmation, any change of your arrangements need to be in writing. We will do our best to accommodate changes and additional requests, but we cannot guarantee it is possible. We charge an administration fee of 30 USD, and you need to cover any further cost that may incur. Please bear in mind certain arrangements may not be amended and any alteration could incur a cancellation charge of up to 100%.
Refund
A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment. Additional bank charges or credit card charges to process the refund are not covered by us.
Travel Insurance
It is highly recommended that you and your party members are insured for the duration of your trip. You need a comprehensive travel insurance to cover health requirements, cancellation, luggage and additional expenses. We strongly advise to purchase an insurance covering force majeure events.
